Independent Project Dispute Counsel

We at Sandquist Law believe a new approach and option has to be available to parties in a dispute, rather than the traditional and inefficient method of resolving construction disputes that involves both sides expending substantial internal resources and each side engaging very costly external counsel.  The result of this traditional approach is rarely an effective use of each party's resources.  It does not recognize that the project still needs to continue and that, often, both sides still have an interest in project completion.  Sandquist Law will engage with both parties and provide a comprehensive analysis and fact investigation into the dispute to assist in achieving a much more cost effective and timely resolution that will allow the parties' working relationship to stay positive.  We will provide a recommendation for settlement and full analysis based on both fact and law.
